On September 15, 2008, Serge Szmuszkowicz , cofounder of CODEDO, was sentenced by the court in Pontoise € 500 fine for insulting policeman in civilian clothes (and rest) .
March 16, 2009, invented the Pontoise prosecutor Contempt by proxy wife of policeman in civilian clothes and rest condemning her daughter Sabrina, prosecuted for the same offense (while she had not spoken to Constable, but only to his wife), a € 200 fine farm. All details on the case here.
We are pleased to inform you that the Court of Appeal of Versailles has relaxed . Sabrina was defended by Alex Ursulet , which demonstrated that Constable Wilfred Quentin court had provided a false document to prove he was indeed on duty that day (so that he was on leave).
