Dati did not respond to citizens who seize on the crime of contempt but pursues a nobody who offered him an email inflation

In June 2008, Romain Dunand and Jean-Jacques Reboux sent to the Justice Minister at the time, Rachida Dati some , a letter asking, forcefully argument , the decriminalization of contempt [see below]. In July 2008, at the trial of Maria Vuillet , we melted with Hervé Eon , Serge Szmuszkowicz CODEDO and some others. On February 15, 2010, a petition (with over 20,000 signatures) asking decriminalizing this offense aberrant was delivered to the Chancellor (and to the Elysee Palace and the Ministry of Interior).
